It's really nice that Angel and her service department team were able to get me in to service my car without any scheduled appointments. I was able to bring in my car and they were able to finish all suggested service maintenance that same day. They offered me Lyft to send me to a restaurant or home, then pick me up once car is done. Update 7/29/2020: I now have my car back with a fixed window, tint and weather strip on the passenger side. Thankfully, once I was no longer speaking to the service side (AKA Mike AKA the "Director of Service and Parts") and brought my issues to Joe Belmonte, the GM, on 7/24/2020 he took charge, provided me with his card and cell phone number, and personally made sure my car was returned to me whole.
