The manager Jose was excellent at answering all questions and concerns I had regarding the vehicle, pricing, and servicing. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and was very helpful when it came to understanding my new vehicle. Also, he was VERY timely in responding to any messages I sent him. He deserves a 5 star review from me! Furthermore, Keith was also a great help. He took us on the test drive and explained the vehicle and its features. He also answered all of our questions and if he didn't know the answer, he didn't hesitate to find out. Thanks again Towbin!
Pretty thrilled with this dealer. I had purchased my Fiat 500e last Feb and I knew that there was no warranty on the car. When my 12v starter battery failed, I noticed there was a date sticker and that the battery was still under warranty. I took it to the dealer and they tested the bad battery and replaced it under warranty. They also did a once over on the car, filled the air in my tires and even washed it (first car wash since I've owned the car). Friendly staff, thanks!

Update:Thank you, Chris, for reaching out and helping me with this issue. I really appreciate your help and professionalism. I stopped by Labor Day Weekend to checkout their deals, Dian started helping me. (I live in Los Angeles) Everything was great at first, up until the end. He first took my drivers license to run it with my application then brought it back to me, about 20 minutes later another employee came by and asked for it again. Not only did the car ended up being 6k more than what I had already explained to Dian what my budget was, so I ended up not getting the vehicle, but also they NEVER returned my drivers license. It was already very late and we had been there awhile that completely spaced out that they didn't return it. The next morning Dian texted me to let me know that they had my drivers license and to go back and get it. I explained to him that I was already in LA and if they could mail it out to me. He gave me the runaround until the next day when I asked to speak with the manager. He said that "he would take time out of his day to mail it out to me and that I should receive it by Saturday." It is Wednesday now and I still haven't received anything, I've tried calling and texting Dian but he is no longer replying or answering my calls. I an extremely upset regarding the lack of professionalism from this dealership and their employees.
